The cancellation policy is the same for all our apartments listed on www.olivesaparatmens.com. Free cancellation with 100% money back guarantee is possible 7 days before the date of your arrival.
Free of charge parking is available for your disposal in each of our apartment.
Internet / TV
Each apartment has fast wifi and a TV with Multiroom and Netflix functions.
Age restriction at check-in
Minimum check-in age is 18 years old.
Children of all ages are very welcome.
Policy for baby cots, extra beds and bedding
Additional beds are not available. On special request, we are happy to prepare an additional set of bedding and a travel cot for our youngest guests. We have 1 travel cot in each apartment available.
Smoking is forbidden.
The organization of any events and parties is strictly prohibited.
Our guests are kindly requested to keep the quiet hours between 22:00 and 06:00.
Pets are not allowed.

Reservation / Payments
Prices at Olives Apartments may vary depending on the period of the year and length of stay. Please check prices by entering the dates of your stay in the booking calendar available at www.olivesapartments.com.
Payment for the stay is accepted via online payment with Przelewy24.pl, or by traditional bank transfer to the indicated bank account number.
The confirmation of the reservation is the payment of 100% of the reservation value – information about the amount is indicated while making the reservation based on the length of stay. Details of the booking and payment will be sent to you by e-mail.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract / cancel the reservation up to 7 days before the date of commencement of your stay.
You also have the right to complain – complaints should be submitted on arrival day or during your stay, so that the facility can react immediately. Complaints should be reported by phone or e-mail. Your claims will be considered within 7 working days.
